Pre-Approval Letter

We can issue a pre-approval letter and proof of funds to support your property purchase offer. We just need a completed and signed loan application.
Get a Quote
With just a 5-minute phone call, we discuss your opportunity, financing needs and basic project assumptions. With that, we can provide you with a quote and details of the loan structure. Then we’re ready to move forward when you are.
Underwrite
We send you a summary of your assumptions along with our terms, a loan application and a list of due diligence items needed. We then review, evaluate and validate the information submitted and finalize the loan terms. We also meet with you in-person to complete a site inspection. Underwriting usually takes 1 to 10 days, depending on how quickly you need to close and how much time it takes for you to provide the required documentation.
Close
We are ready to close the financing and fund your loan! Coordinating with the selected escrow company, we draft loan documents, see that property insurance has been secured, execute and deliver the loan docs and then wire your funds. Closing the deal typically takes 1 to 3 days, depending on your target closing date.
