Michael Monge brings over 25 years of residential private equity investment and construction lending experience to the Trilion Capital team. His role is to oversee all company lending activity, where he has personally been involved in hundreds of millions of dollars in fix & flip hard money loans, bridge loans, and construction loans throughout California.

 

Michael’s experience prior to working with Trilion Capital included leading a regional division of the real estate private equity firm Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors (WRI), managing an investment team for KeyBank Private Equity Group home builder finance, and overseeing the resolution and liquidation of receivership assets at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

 

Michael earned a B.S. degree in International Marketing from Arizona State University and an M.B.A. in Finance from California State University, Long Beach. Michael also holds a California Real Estate License.
